Most probably nurses, doctors and certain professions which have a high level interaction involved in day to day workings.
The test has an established level of complexity to gauge the level of comprehension of the probable students and people in specified professions.
You are supposed to be in possession of specified and desired skills to be able to accomplish desired results in this examination.
